By using ChatQT's services you agree that you have accepted these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User account
To use many features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Keeping your password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activities carried out with your account.
3. Permitted use
You undertake not to use the services for the following:
- Generating illegal, violent or offensive content.
- Violating others' rights or their privacy.
- Attempting to bypass the system's technical or security restrictions.
- Using the services for unauthorized commercial activities.
4. Payment and subscription
Subscriptions are paid at the start of each period. If you cancel, you'll still have access until the end of the current period. Within 7 days of purchase, if you're not satisfied, the amount paid is fully refunded.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights to the platform, models and documentation belong to ChatQT. However, the content you generate belongs to you, and you are completely free to use it.
6. Liability
Our services are provided 'as is'. Although we make every effort for the accuracy of responses, ChatQT may make mistakes and should not replace specialized medical, legal or financial advice.
7. Service cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if these terms are violated. You can also delete your account whenever you wish.
